• You represent that you have all rights to your content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
• We are not liable for user content and may remove unlawful or harmful content at our discretion.

4. Sponsored & Partner Content

Sponsored posts, partner solutions, and advertising are clearly marked as such. These are advertisements provided by third parties. CTO Robotics does not endorse, guarantee accuracy, or assume liability for such content. Any transactions or reliance are solely at the user’s risk.

5. Intellectual Property

Our trademarks, logos, designs, and editorial content are protected. You may not copy or distribute them without authorization. By submitting content, you give us the right to use it for platform purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Service or reliance on content.

7. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or (b) 1,000 USD.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. International users must comply with their local laws.
